Q:  What is the first step if I want to enter my child to participate ?

A:  Make sure you have a look at the syllabus so you know which items there are to enter for and what the cost is.

Then you must affiliate. Click on the  First time affiliations  tab.

Option 1: You can affiliate immediately online when filling the form and
making payment ONLINE.
You can then immediately proceed to enter or get the prescribed poems in the system.
OR
Option 2: Affiliate manually by filling out the form and making payment into the Eisteddfod account.
You have to wait 5 working days to be activated and sent a username and password by e-mail before entering.

Q: Who can enter to participate at Nova Arté Performing Arts?

A: Any school, preschool, studio or parent can affiliate to enter participants.  To affiliate, please click on the  First time affiliations  tab.

Q: Where can I find the fees and bank details?

A: Click on the Fees & Bank details tab.

Q:  What should I do once I’ve affiliated?

A:  If you made use of the automatic registration and paid your affiliation fee online, you can start with your entries immediately by clicking on the  Existing affiliation sign in tab and signing in with the details you registered with.  If you completed the form for manual affiliation, please pay the affiliation fee  applicable and allow five days to receive an e-mail with your login details. 

Q: What can I enter my child/student for at Nova Arté Performing Arts?

A:  Please click on the Syllabus tab for detailed information on sections, items available, rules and regulations.

Q:  Where can I get information on items available for entry ?

A:  Click on the Syllabus tab on the website to see all sections, items, rules and regulations.

Q:  Where can I get the prescribed poems ?

A:  Option1 : From the teacher/person who enters the child/student
     Option2 : Affiliate as a private parent to gain access to the entry system.

Q:  When will the performance dates be available?

A:  Second term performances:  Ballet, Drama Groups and Modelling.  Specific dates and times of performances will be available in May.

      Third term performances:  All other sections.  Specific dates and times of performances will be available the last week of the second term.
